DEVELOPMENT CHEMIST SUPERINTENDANT ( BABY SKIN CARE) - Code : DCS
Job Responsibility :
1.Manage Baby skin care & Traditional medicine product formulation & technology development, delivery of NPD and Margin Improvement
2.NPD Project Implementation as per business strategy. Deliver technical expertise on formulation development aspects and facilitate ‘on-time’ introduction
3.Provide commercial perspective to the technical strategy and deliver product cost optimisation / reduction in line with the on-going business
4.In depth study & knowledge of leading Baby brand within Asia, activate rolling competitor review and monitoring competitor movement, identify product strength/ weakness, provide new technical opportunity and implement agreed recommendations
5.Ensure regulatory compliance with all relevant regulatory authorities within Asia and across all potential export territories . Business awareness at all regulations and consumer affairs issue / threats to the business.
6.Drive standardisation, rationalisation and capability through the Asian business, ensure best practise and standards are set/maintained
Job Requirement:
Minimum Qualification: Degree level , Majoring Natural sciences
Preferable 2 years working in a factory based development laboratory with ‘hands on’ experience of formulation and testing.
Familiarity with NPD programs
Have good knowledge on cosmetic especially in Baby & Kids area
Familiarity with project management

Collect and prepare Account Payable document for payment process to support operational activities
Administer all transactions in accordance with the prevailing system and procedure in order to ease in providing financial report and maintain a proper documentation
Maintain payment transactions into system following SOP
Verify the invoice/quotation towards the received payment in order to ensure the accuracy of the received amount before closing the data
To do offsetting between invoices by system and cash received into system for fews branches service center
Arrange Petty Cash
Filling & keep well all documents
Qualifications:
Female, max 35 years old
Minimum Bachelor degree (S1), majoring in Accounting from reputable University
Minimum of 2 years working experience in Treasury, at Accounting firm will be an advantage
Familiar with financial statement, processes, data, systems
Excellent quantitative and analytics skill
Good communication skills
Able to work and deliver in high pressure environment
Proficient in English, Mandarin will be preferable
